VCU'S POLICIES

We have convenient office hours to better serve our clients:

Monday -Friday 10am-5pm or by appointment

Turnaround time for completed work is as follows (dependant on complexity):

• weddings: 8-12 weeks
• photo/slide transfers: 2-3 weeks
• home movie transfers: 1-2 weeks
• duplications: 24 hours to 5 days (depending on amount)
• special event editing: 8-12 weeks
• all other editing: 4-6 weeks

If production is interrupted by illness, death, power failure, natural disaster, equipment failure, etc. -the client will be notified.

All 'event' work is contracted. We will not work without a contract.

We will accept returns if:

• the videotape is broken
• there is a typographical error on title pages
• pictures/slides/films are not in the correct sequence (as numbered by you) or
• the tape is blank

YOU must alert VCU within 5 days!

We will not copy (duplicate) copyrighted material.

All video production is accomplished on-site at 4348 Buffalo Road, North Chili, New York. NO work is sent to any other facility.

E-Mails are answered within 1(one) day.

Our equipment is serviced, cleaned and maintained several times a year.

All memberships are current.

We attend annual video production seminars.
